Indian Blanket, Fire-wheel
Annual or short-lived perennial occasionally found in sandy soils from Florida to Arizona. This variable herb usually has three-cleft rays that are crimson or purplish with yellow tips. The leaves are alternate. The plant is about two feet tall.
