The following description is included on the last page of the booklet: "The Florence Mound. From Moore's 'Mounds on the Tennessee River.' The mound beside the river at Florence is the largest mound on the Tennessee River. It is 42 feet high--quadrilateral, flat top, but not rectangular, one end being wider than the other.
