Bellingrath Gardens, Theodore, Alabama
Two tree surgeons work on what was known as the Parker Oak at Bellingrath Gardens. The garden's founders, Walter and Bessie Bellingrath, had bought some of the land on which Bellingrath Gardens stands from Mary Parker in 1917. The tree was later destroyed during Hurricane Camille in 1969.
