JSU Scabbard and Blade, Spring 1990 Initiation 13
Scabbard and Blade members at Jacksonville State University held a 2.5 GPA and were enrolled in the advanced ROTC program. Cadets referred to as neophytes performed tasks as instructed with wooden beams and rucksacks outside Rowe Hall during Spring 1990 initiation activities.
