JSU Scabbard and Blade, Spring 1990 Initiation 10
Scabbard and Blade members at Jacksonville State University held a 2.5 GPA and were enrolled in the advanced ROTC program. Cadets referred to as neophytes performed tasks as instructed in the Rowe Hall parking lot during Spring 1990 initiation activities.
