Ronald Sibert, ROTC Executive Officer
Ronald Sibert was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. In 1964-1965 he was a Brigade Executive Officer, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel, as part of the ROTC Brigade Staff.
