Cary Allen, ROTC Executive Officer
Cary Allen was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. In 1964-1965 he was a Battalion Executive Officer, Cadet Major, as part of the ROTC Second Battalion Staff.
