Percy Plylar Recognized as Male Alumni of the Year
At the annual alumni banquet on Saturday, October 28, 1967, during Homecoming the outstanding male and female alumni of the year were named. Jacksonville State University recognized Percy N. Plylar, President of Utopia Cleaners, for his outstanding achievements.
