Awards Day was observed by the Jacksonville State University ROTC on May 8-9, 1968 in Paul Snow Stadium. Two ceremonies were held due to the large number of cadets. Shown is Cadet Pvt. James E. "Jim" Moree, Jr., Scabbard and Blade Cadet of the Year recipient.
