Charles Edmonds, ROTC Cadet Second Lieutenant
Charles Edmonds was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the mid 1960s. In 1965-1966 he was a Cadet Second Lieutenant and Platoon Leader of the Second Platoon "B" Co, or Bravo Company, in the ROTC.
