Peter Kramer, ROTC Cadet Lieutenant
Peter Kramer was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the mid 1960s. In 1965 he was named a Cadet Lieutenant as Platoon Leader of the D CO, or Delta Company, Second battalion.
