Jimmy had basically said that if Compass Bank had honored Dr. King’s birthday and close down shop, they wouldn't have been robbed. Anyway, it was a letter critiquing his statement. This at a time when Earl Hilliard was the owner and GM of WJLD. I don’t know if there was anything done about it. From WJLD files." |
