In the lower right corner is the artist's information which reads: "Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Architecture, Grade III, Third Year of Design, A Bachelor's City House by B.A. Webber. On the lower right edge next to the artist's information is a label which reads: "45." Above the floor plan for the second floor are two Alabama Polytechnic Institute School of Architecture stamps with the handwritten inscription "2nd Medal." The painting is in good condition with minor pieces missing from the edges and is encapsulated.
