Summary:This image is a watercolor conceptual painting of a bachelor's city house done by B.A. Webber sometime between 1917 and 1942. The painting shows the floor plans of the three story house outlining the rooms, walls, hallways, doors and doorways, windows, stairway, and moldings on the ground, first, and second floors. At the top of the painting is a cross-section view of the interior of the house. In the lower right corner is the artist's information which reads: "Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Department of Architecture, Grade III, Third Year of Design, A Bachelor's City House by B.A. Webber. On the lower right edge next to the artist's information is a label which reads: "45." Above the floor plan for the second floor are two Alabama Polytechnic Institute School of Architecture stamps with the handwritten inscription "2nd Medal." The painting is in good condition with minor pieces missing from the edges and is encapsulated.
