Large-flowered Trillium
This plant is a perennial growing 10-15 inches tall from a rhizome. The funnel-shaped flower is borne on a stalk 2-3 inches long. The sessile leaves are a rich dark green with prominent veins on the upper surface, and they last until late summer or early fall.
