Remains of Dale's Penthouse Restaurant, located on top of the Walter Bragg Smith Apartments at the corner of South Court and Clayton Streets in Montgomery, Alabama.
A fire destroyed the restaurant on the night of February 7, 1967, killing 25 people. The flames started in the coat room, likely from a discarded cigarette.
