Hogan, J. Ross Snyder, Frank A. Lupton, Walter P. McAdory, Henry S. Ward, Arthur F. Toole, W. Groce Harrison, Sr., and Kosciusko W. Constantine. Those named as members of the new independent board were James Weatherly, Sydney J. Bowie, Robert Jemison, Jr., Hill Ferguson, and Tom O.
