New Daphne
Alabama State Docks workers loading the steamboat New Daphne. The New Daphne plied the waters between Mobile, Alabama, and the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay on a daily basis, carrying cargo and, sometimes, up to 1,200 passengers. Behind the New Daphne is the steamboat Bay Queen.
