Ryan, Father Abram Joseph Statue
This statue of Father Abram Joseph Ryan -- often called the Poet-Priest of the Confederacy -- was erected in his memory by the people of Mobile, Alabama. It was unveiled in 1913. This photo was taken around 1925. The building seen in the top left of the image is the old Inge-Bondurant Sanatorium.
