Kennedy, Cain J.
Cain J. Kennedy (d. 2005) graduated from the Allen Institute and served for 43 years, in one capacity or another, in the United States Navy. He was elected to the state House of Representatives in 1974 and appointed as the first African-American circuit court judge in Alabama in 1979.
