Spira & Pincus Building
The Spira and Pincus Building at the southeast corner of Dauphin and Conception Streets. The first floor was occupied by C. J. Gayfer & Co. dry goods and the upper floors by the Fidelia Club. The building was destroyed by fire in 1899
