JSU ROTC 2004 Rappel Tower 9
Jacksonville State University ROTC is home to a 35 foot rappel tower located near Rowe Hall. A JSU ROTC staff member assists with putting gloves on cadet Cokey before rappelling. (circa November 12, 2004)
