ROTC Fall Awards Day was held November 20, 2008 in Rowe Hall at Jacksonville State University. JSU ROTC cadets were recognized with awards and certificates. Shown former Captain Jerry Mize receives his promotion to Major, presented by Lt. Col. Richard White.
