A memorial was dedicated to Army Major Dwayne Williams who was killed in the September 11, 2001 attack on the Pentagon. The ceremony was held at Jacksonville City Cemetery on September 11, 2002. Shown here Major Williams' mother, Pearl Williams, and others view the newly unveiled monument.
