JSU Scabbard and Blade, Fall 1990 Initiation 19
Scabbard and Blade members at Jacksonville State University held a 2.5 GPA and were enrolled in the advanced ROTC program. Cadets referred to as neophytes were initiated during ceremonies held inside Rowe Hall.
