Scenes, 1986 Military Ball and Dinner 1
The military ball was an annual event at Jacksonville State University. An ROTC Sponsor was selected as the 1986 Miss ROTC, or Military Ball Queen. A dinner also took place. Shown ROTC color guard march in to present flags and rifles during the event.
