Ret. Col. Archie A. Rider Receives Legion of Merit Award
Col. Archie A. Rider, retired Professor of Military Science at Jacksonville State University, was presented the Legion of Merit Award (First Oak Leaf Cluster) by JSU President Theron Montgomery. He was awarded for his service to JSU from December 1974 to December 1984.
