Dr. John Finley, 1979-1980 Music Department Head
Dr. John T. Finley was Head of the Department of Music at Jacksonville State University in 1979-1980. After thirty years of service, Dr. Finley retired in 1980. Dr. Finley was the originator of the Marching Southerners and Ballerinas. (circa 1980)
