Freda Cartlidge, 1956 Miss Spring Festival 1
Freda Cartlidge was a student at Jacksonville State College. In 1956 she was crowned on the football field as "Queen Spring Festival" on April 20, 1956 at the Annual Spring Festival. Shown she was escorted by Gary Gregg and crowned by Edward Davidson, SGA president.
