Summary:Two Jacksonville Boy Scouts received top awards during a special Church Court of Honor held at Westside Baptist Church February 8, 1954. Ralph Howard was presented with "God and Country" award. Bobby Williams received the Eagle Award. Rev. Durro E. Wood, pastor, gave the charge and made the presentation to their fathers who in turn presented the awards to their mothers to pin on the sons.
