Construction at Kilby Hall, the Training School, or Elementary Laboratory School of JSC 12
Named in honor of Alabama Governor Thomas E. Kilby, Kilby Hall was built in 1921 as a training school for Jacksonville's State Normal School. Additions were made to Kilby Hall in 1954 and 1956. Shown are boards for where a new sidewalk is being added. (circa 1954-1956)
