Sparkman Hall was dedicated on June 20, 1971 in Leone Cole Auditorium at Jacksonville State University. Shown John Sparkman, Alabama's Senior Senator, and wife Ivo Sparkman, for which the building is named, stand outside the Ivo Sparkman Hall building.
