Sparkman Hall at Jacksonville State University was named for Ivo Sparkman, wife to Alabama's Senior Senator, John Sparkman. Construction began on the building in 1970. Shown is Bibb Graves and Ramona Wood as seen from the sun deck located on the roof of Sparkman Hall. (circa April 5, 1971)
