Sparkman Hall at Jacksonville State University was named for Ivo Sparkman, wife to Alabama's Senior Senator, John Sparkman. Construction began on the building in 1970. Shown is the front exterior of the building with the name "Ivo Sparkman Hall." (circa April 5, 1971)
