Annual spring graduation exercises were held May 30, 1970 at Jacksonville State University in the Leone Cole Auditorium. Dr. E. Rudder Knox, President of Northeast State Junior College, was presented with an honorary doctor of laws degree. Shown President Knox receives his hood from President Cole.
