| Summary: | Officers of the newly organized Circle K Club of Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) were installed February 24, 1961 during a charter night banquet held at the community recreation center. The charter presentation and installation of officers were made under the sponsorship of the Anniston Kiwanis Club International. Shown from left are Dr. Walter B. Jones, University of Alabama, installation services, Wade Smith, club president, Charles Houston, club treasurer, Janson Davis, club secretary, and Hoyt Blalock, University of Alabama, president of Circle K International and guest speaker. Joe Garner, club vice president, was not present.
