Julia Drake, Gem of the Hills 2
Julia Drake was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University). She was named Gem of the Hills in 1961. Shown she stands outside on campus beside one of Jacksonville's historic markers. (circa November 6, 1961)
