Charles Alexander, ROTC Company Commander
Charles Alexander was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. In 1965-1966 he was a Company Commander, Cadet Captain, as part of the ROTC A CO, or Alpha Company.
