Weller Smith, right, representing the First National Bank of Jacksonville presented a .22 caliber rifle to Cadet M/Sgt. Ernest Frankl. Frankl was given the award for outstanding contribution to the ROTC rifle team. Cadet First Lieutenant Herbert Griffin, left, received the second year award for highest individual average in marksmanship. Cadet M/Sgt. Drue Steverson, second from left, received the National Rifle Association's Club Championship Award for outstanding marksmanship.
