Walter Studdard, ROTC Battalion Commander
Walter Studdard was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. In 1962-1963 he was the Second Battalion Commander, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel, as part of the ROTC Battalion Staff.
