Charles Couch, ROTC Platoon Leader
Charles Couch was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. In 1962-1963 he was a Platoon Leader of the Second Platoon, Cadet Second Lieutenant, as part of the ROTC A CO, or Able Company.
