Joe Creel, ROTC Platoon Sergeant 1
Joe Creel was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the 1960s. In 1962-1963 he was a Platoon Sergeant of the Third Platoon, Cadet Sergeant, as part of the ROTC D CO, or Delta Company.
