Pannell Hall 11
The Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) Pannell Hall dormitory was named for Dr. Clifton Pannell who was an alumnus and a state superintendent of education. In 1961 Pannell Hall accommodated sophomore, junior, and senior girls.
