1960-1961 ROTC HQ and HQ Company Band
These men were students and ROTC members at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in 1960-1961. The Hq and Hq Company band are shown in uniform with their instruments on the front steps outside Logan Hall. Seated is Cadet Sergeant Melvin Morgan, the band's director.
