William Harrington, ROTC and National Society of Pershing Rifles 2
William Harrington was a student at Jacksonville State University in the 1960s. In 1967-1968 he was a Cadet Lieutenant of the National Society of Pershing Rifles. He received a two year scholarship awarded to college students completing their second year of ROTC training. (circa 1967)
