Charles McKerley, 1967 ROTC Awards Ceremony
The annual ROTC Awards ceremony was held outside at Jacksonville State University on May 17, 1967. Lieutenant Charles E. McKerley and William William Doug McCance were awarded the AU.S.A ROTC medal through the Association of the U.S. Army. McKerley is shown shaking hands with Cadet Colonel Naftel.
