William H. Naftel, Jr. and Miriam Jackson, 1967 ROTC Awards Ceremony
The annual ROTC Awards ceremony was held outside at Jacksonville State University on May 17, 1967. JSU Dean of Women Miriam Jackson was presented a silver tray by the entire brigade for oustanding support to the ROTC Sponsors.
