Summary:The Northeast Alabama Regional Science Fair was held at Jacksonville State University on March 31 to April 1, 1967. It was hosted by Phi Mu Chi Beta members and exhibitions were displayed in Ayers Hall. Approximately 300 projects were entered among the high school students within the nine county area. Ronnie Owens from Sylacauga High School won his third trip to International science fair by winning first place at the Northeast Alabama Regional Science Fair. He is shown with his project titled "Controlling the Psychological and Physical Effects of the Magnitude and Direction of Acceleration on Mice."
