Jeannie Hicks and Barbara Smith, 1965 Miss Mimosa Pageant
Jeannie Hicks and Barbara Smith were students at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the mid 1960s. In 1965 Jeannie Hicks was crowned as Miss Mimosa. Barbara Smith also received an award. Here they are both seated looking at the crown together.
