Buddy Parker, ROTC Brigade and Battalion Staff
Buddy Parker was a student at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University) in the mid 1960s. In 1965-1966 he was a First Battalion Commander, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel, as part of the ROTC Brigade and Battalion Staff.
